Important Notice: Users are specially reminded to carefully read and fully understand this Software License and Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”)—especially the clauses that exempt or limit liabilities, as well as those that impose restrictions on user rights. Please read carefully and decide whether to accept this Agreement (minors should read this Agreement with the assistance of a legal guardian). Unless you accept all terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to download, install, or use this software and its related services. Your downloading, installing, using, account acquisition, or logging into the software will be deemed as your acceptance of this Agreement and agreement to comply with its terms.

This Agreement is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as “User”) and Fonrich (Shanghai) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and its operational partners (hereinafter referred to as “Partners”) regarding the downloading, installation, use, reproduction, account management, and service utilization related to the software. The Agreement outlines the rights and obligations concerning the licensed use of the software and related services.

“User” refers to any individual or organization who obtains the software license and account authorization through the methods provided and uses the related services. This Agreement may be updated at any time, and the updated terms will replace the original terms upon publication. Users may review the latest Agreement terms on the official website or reinstall the software. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must immediately stop using the software and services. Your continued use will be deemed acceptance of the updated Agreement.

1. Intellectual Property Statement

1.1 The software is developed by Fonrich (Shanghai) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. All copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights associated with the software—including but not limited to textual content, graphics, icons, interface designs, layout frameworks, data, printed materials, and electronic documentation—are protected by applicable laws of the People's Republic of China and international treaties, except for third-party licensed software or technology.

1.2 Without prior written consent, the User may not implement, use, transfer, or license any third party to use the intellectual property for any profit or non-profit purposes. The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action for unauthorized activities.

2. Scope of Software Authorization

2.1 Users are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, linking, or creating derivative works of the software or data released during its operation, as well as using unauthorized third-party tools or services to access the software or related systems.

2.2 Any rights not explicitly granted remain with the Company. Additional written authorization must be obtained for other uses.

3. Account Registration and Use

3.1 Users must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date personal or organizational information during account registration. Minors must register under the supervision of a legal guardian.

3.2 The account ownership belongs to the platform. Users are granted usage rights after completing registration.

3.3 Account usage rights are non-transferable. Unauthorized gifting, lending, leasing, or selling of accounts is prohibited. The Company reserves the right to recover accounts being used by non-original registrants without prior notice, with no liability for resulting data or communication losses.

3.4 Users are responsible for account and password security. The Company is not liable for unauthorized use unless notified promptly by the User.

3.5 Inactive accounts may be reclaimed to prevent resource wastage. Users are responsible for any resulting losses, such as communication interruptions or data deletion.

4. Software Usage Restrictions

4.1 Users may not log in or use the software through unauthorized third-party systems, nor use plugins or extensions not developed by the Company.

4.2 Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software.

4.3 Users may not disseminate harmful, illegal, or copyright-infringing content through the software.

4.4 Users may not use the software to create false identities, spam, or conduct illegal activities. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Legal Liability and Disclaimer

5.1 Users acknowledge that the software is provided “as is” and the Company makes no guarantees regarding its usability, functionality, or security.

5.2 Users bear the risks of using the software, including interruptions due to force majeure, network issues, or other factors beyond the Company’s control.

5.3 The Company is not responsible for damages caused by unauthorized use, data loss, or technical failures.

6. Other Provisions

6.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Company regarding the software and its services.

6.2 The Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or submitted to the courts in Shanghai for adjudication.

6.3 The Company reserves all rights to interpret and modify this Agreement.

Fonrich (Shanghai) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. retains all rights and reserves the right to final interpretation of this Agreement.
